Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. The Tableau Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, implement data visualizations, and ensure the effective utilization of Tableau for data analysis.

Responsibilities:

. Dashboard Development:Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.Create visually appealing and user-friendly data visualizations to convey complex information effectively.

. Data Analysis:Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into Tableau solutions.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

. Data Integration:Integrate data from various sources into Tableau for comprehensive and accurate reporting.Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure seamless data connectivity and integration.

. Optimization and Performance Tuning:Optimize Tableau workbooks and dashboards for performance and responsiveness.Conduct regular performance tuning to improve the efficiency of Tableau reports.

. Documentation:Document data sources, data models, and Tableau processes to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance.

. Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionality and best practices.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving Tableau-related issues.

Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders, to understand business requirements and deliver effective Tableau solutions.Required Skills:Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.Proven experience as a Tableau Developer with a strong portfolio of Tableau dashboards and reports.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques.Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Tableau Desktop and Server certification is a plus.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?54,305.30 per month
