About Us:

Aevevo Technology is building an innovative telemedicine platform powered by modern technologies. We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack & Django Consultant/Trainer to upskill our development team and help accelerate our product development with best practices and hands-on training.

Role Overview:

As a MERN Stack & Django Consultant/Trainer, you will play a critical role in mentoring and training our in-house developers. You will design and deliver structured training sessions, workshops, and code reviews focused on practical application of MERN and Django frameworks. You will help improve code quality, architecture, and developer productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess the current skill levels of the development team and identify knowledge gaps. Design customized training plans and hands-on workshops for MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Django (Python framework). Deliver engaging training sessions both online and onsite as needed. Mentor developers through pair programming, code reviews, and Q&A sessions. Guide the team on best practices, coding standards, testing, and deployment strategies. Assist in architecting scalable and maintainable application modules. Provide actionable feedback and help the team resolve technical challenges. Collaborate with the Team Lead and management to align training with project goals. Create or improve internal technical documentation and training materials.
Required Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software development experience with MERN stack and Django. Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production applications. Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or training developers. Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Python/Django. Experience with REST APIs, authentication, state management, and database design. Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varying skill levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with telemedicine or healthcare software is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Prior experience working as a freelance consultant or corporate trainer.
