About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

MERN Stack Developer

with approximately

5 years of hands-on experience

to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in building scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack development.

Key Skills & Requirements:

3+ years

of experience working as a MERN Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in

React.js

, including component design, state management (e.g., Redux or Context API), and hooks. Solid experience with

Node.js

and

Express.js

for backend development. Proficiency in

MongoDB

, including schema design and query optimization. Good understanding of

JavaScript ES6+

, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations. Familiarity with Git version control and agile methodologies. Knowledge of deployment tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku, Vercel) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
