Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate MERN Developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate will work on building and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. This role covers both frontend and backend development responsibilities and contributes to delivering performant, scalable, and user-friendly web solutions. Experience with Next.js is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Build responsive and interactive user interfaces with React Implement server-side logic, APIs, and business functionalities using Node.js and Express.js Design efficient and scalable database schemas and queries in MongoDB Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to meet project goals Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability Integrate third-party APIs and services as required Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

0 to 3 years of experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features Hands-on experience with React and state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.) Backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js Experience with MongoDB schema design and querying Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services Experience or interest in Next.js (server-side rendering and static site generation) is a plus Knowledge of version control with Git and GitHub Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment Good communication and teamwork skills
