Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

MERN Stack Trainer

who can deliver high-quality training on

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students through practical sessions, real-time projects, and industry-oriented curriculum to make them job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and lab training on

MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

Explain core concepts with

hands-on practical implementation

Design and update course content as per industry standards Conduct

live projects, assignments, and coding exercises

Guide students in

project development, debugging, and deployment

Prepare students for

interviews, assessments, and placements

Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback Maintain training documentation and attendance records Coordinate with academic and placement teams when required
Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Expertise in

React.js (Hooks, Redux, Routing)

Experience with

Node.js and Express.js

Working knowledge of

MongoDB (CRUD, Aggregation, Mongoose)

REST API development & integration Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth - basic) Version Control:

Git & GitHub

Basics of

deployment (AWS / Vercel / Netlify / Render)

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science / IT / MCA / BCA

or equivalent

1-3 years

of experience in MERN Stack development or training Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner Student-friendly and supportive teaching approach Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
