About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior MERN Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and mentor a team of developers while driving best coding practices and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

and

Next.js

. Build efficient APIs using

GraphQL

and integrate them with the frontend. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Manage database design, schema, and performance tuning in

PostgreSQL

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA for seamless product delivery. Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices. Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in

full-stack development

. Strong proficiency in

Node.js

,

React.js

,

Next.js

, and

PostgreSQL

. Experience with

GraphQL

API design and implementation. Deep understanding of

RESTful API architecture

and

frontend-backend integration

. Expertise in

JavaScript (ES6+)

,

HTML5

,

CSS3

, and modern frontend frameworks. Knowledge of

cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

and

CI/CD pipelines

is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: ?2,500,000.00 - ?3,200,000.00 per year
