Responsibilities:

Develop Web Applications

: Design, build, and deploy scalable, efficient web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

Collaborate on Projects

: Work with cross-functional teams to create seamless frontend and backend integrations for educational tools and platforms.

Ensure Code Quality

: Write clean, secure, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and utilizing version control systems like Git.

Optimize Performance

: Debug issues, enhance application performance, and develop RESTful APIs for smooth functionality.

Implement Features

: Build and integrate interactive features, user interfaces, and backend logic to support user needs.

Stay Updated

: Keep current with industry trends, JavaScript frameworks, and advancements in full-stack development.

Support System Maintenance

: Monitor and update existing applications to ensure reliability and scalability.

Required Skills:

MERN Stack Expertise

: Advanced proficiency in MongoDB (database management), Express.js and Node.js (backend development), and React (frontend development).

Full-Stack Development

: Experience building RESTful APIs, implementing authentication (e.g., JWT, OAuth), and integrating third-party services.

Frontend Proficiency

: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).

Backend Proficiency

: Expertise in server-side development, middleware, and deployment on platforms like Heroku, AWS, or Vercel.

Database Management

: Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, including schema design and querying with Mongoose.

Version Control and Tools

: Proficiency with Git, npm/yarn, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or agile methodologies.

Problem-Solving

: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance.
