About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Development Lead

to take charge of the design, development, and optimization of our next-generation

AI-integrated social networking application

. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the

MERN stack

and backend performance architecture, with strong leadership skills to guide a technical team from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee full-cycle development of the social network application. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems. Integrate AI and real-time data pipelines for intelligent user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product design, UI/UX, and system integration. Optimize backend architecture, performance, caching, and data flows,

Redis,

Elastic Search

etc Manage code reviews, deployments, and performance tuning. Mentor intern developers and ensure code quality and best practices.

to connect the app and real-time system design. Strong understanding of

backend speed optimization

and architecture design. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

(or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field.

1-5 years

of experience in software or web application development. Proven ability to

lead, organize, and prioritize

development tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML model integration or API-driven AI workflows. Familiarity with containerization (Docker), cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
