Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior MERN Stack Developer

with a strong foundation in

DevOps practices

to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications and ensuring CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and cloud deployments are robust and efficient. You must be hands-on with both development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development:

Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Implement clean, modular, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability Design RESTful APIs and manage integrations with third-party services Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI/UX standards

DevOps & Infrastructure:

Set up and manage

CI/CD pipelines

using tools like

Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

Manage containerized applications using

Docker

and orchestrate using

Kubernetes

Configure and manage cloud infrastructure on

AWS, Azure, or GCP

Monitor, log, and optimize application performance using tools like

Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog

Implement security best practices in both code and infrastructure (SSL, IAM, firewalls, etc.)

Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with the

MERN stack

Strong understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+)

,

TypeScript

is a plus Proficient in

Git

,

REST APIs

, and API security standards Solid experience with

Docker

,

CI/CD

, and

Linux server environments

Experience deploying applications in

Kubernetes

(EKS, AKS, or GKE preferred) Familiarity with

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)

MongoDB performance tuning and scaling

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
