MERN Stack Developer

with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing software applications. This role is

only for Mumbai-based candidates

who can join immediately at our Andheri East, Sakinaka office.

Key Responsibilities

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

. Writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. Designing and implementing responsive user interfaces with

React.js

. Building secure RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Working with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and project managers. Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing applications. Managing databases (MongoDB) and ensuring data security and integrity. Implementing authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls. Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. Writing technical documentation and contributing to knowledge sharing. Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the MERN ecosystem. Participating in requirement analysis and providing technical recommendations. Delivering projects on time while meeting quality standards. Supporting deployment and post-production maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years

of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer. Proven track record with

at least 5 completed software projects

. Strong knowledge of

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

. Experience with

JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, REST APIs

. Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
