Educational Background (CS/IT mandatory):

B.Tech (Computer Science) BCA MCA B.Sc. (Computer Science)
Experience Requirements

Minimum

6 months of hands-on experience

with MERN Stack Candidates with

1 year of software development experience

will be preferred Must have independently built

at least 2 complete MERN Stack projects

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven

MERN Stack Developer

who can design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
If you have strong expertise in Redux, can handle end-to-end development independently, and are comfortable working with minimal supervision, this role is ideal for you.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that encourages innovation and supports long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Implement

Redux

for efficient state management Optimize application performance and manage deployments Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance UI/UX and backend workflows Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues Write clean, modular, and reusable code
Required Technical Skills

MERN Stack (minimum 6 months practical experience) Strong proficiency in: React.js Node.js Express.js MongoDB Hands-on experience with: Redux JavaScript REST APIs Git / Version Control Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills Ability to work independently
