Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

and solid experience in

Laravel (PHP)

and

Java-based backend development

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, leading technical decisions, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using

MERN stack

Build robust backend APIs using

Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, and Java

Develop responsive and high-performance UI using

React.js

Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices Work with databases such as

MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance Participate in system architecture and technology selection
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience

Strong hands-on experience with

MERN Stack

Solid experience with

Laravel (PHP Framework)

Working experience with

Java (Spring Boot preferred)

Proficiency in

REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations

Strong understanding of

OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns

Experience with

Git / version control systems

Familiarity with

Docker, CI/CD pipelines

is a plus Knowledge of

AWS, Azure, or GCP

is an advantage Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

microservices architecture

Knowledge of

GraphQL

Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum methodology

Prior experience in leading teams or technical ownership Exposure to

DevOps practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
