About the Position

We are looking for a driven and skilled

MERN Stack Developer

who enjoys building scalable web applications and writing clean, maintainable code.

If you have hands-on experience with

Redux

, can independently build complete MERN projects, and are confident working with minimal supervision, this role is made for you. You'll be joining a collaborative team where innovation is encouraged and career growth is supported.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Implement

Redux

for efficient and scalable state management Improve application performance and manage smooth deployments Work closely with the team to enhance UI/UX and backend workflows Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues Write reusable, modular, and high-quality code
Required Skills & Expertise

At least

6 months of practical MERN Stack experience

Mandatory:

Minimum

2 complete MERN projects developed independently

Strong command of: React.js Node.js Express.js MongoDB Proficiency in: Redux JavaScript RESTful APIs Git / Version Control Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
