We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic MERN Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. One who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will work on both frontend and backend systems while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall architecture and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
2. Build and manage RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js
3. Develop responsive and interactive frontend components using Remix / React Router v7
4. Handle MongoDB database design, management, and optimization
5. Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless user experiences
6. Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews
7. Write and maintain clean, well-documented code
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
9. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
10. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using the MERN stack
2. Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration
3. Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda for application deployment
5. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
