What You'll Be Doing

Building and maintaining full-stack applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

Implementing

Redux

for robust and scalable state management Enhancing performance, optimizing code, and ensuring smooth deployments Working closely with the team to improve UI/UX and backend workflows Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges Writing clean, reusable, and high-quality code

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

6 months

of MERN Stack development experience

2 or more MERN projects built independently

(Mandatory) Strong understanding of: React.js Node.js Express.js MongoDB Proficiency in: Redux JavaScript REST API development Git / Version Control Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
