Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with a strong understanding of modern web development principles and hands-on experience building scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and comfortable working in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

? Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

? Collaborate with front-end designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.

? Optimize application performance and scalability across all layers of the stack.

? Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices.

? Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

? Stay up to date with emerging technologies and development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Upto 3 years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development using the MERN stack.

? Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

? Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend API development.

? Solid understanding of MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.

? Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

? Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

? Experience with RESTful API architecture and design principles.

? Good understanding of front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

? Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.

? Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

? Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha), or GraphQL.

? Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?41,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
