Job Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in developing dynamic and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development and be comfortable working with modern JavaScript frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack. Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using

React.js and Next.js.

Design and develop backend services using

Node.js and Express.js.

Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication. Manage and optimize databases using

MongoDB.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.

Required Tools & Technologies:

Frontend:

React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Backend:

Node.js, Express.js

Database:

MongoDB

Version Control:

Git, GitHub / GitLab

API Development:

RESTful APIs, JSON

UI Frameworks:

Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

Development Tools:

VS Code or similar IDE

Package Managers:

npm / yarn

Testing & Debugging:

Browser Developer Tools and basic debugging tools

Required Qualifications:

Minimum

1+ year of professional experience

as a MERN Stack Developer. Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture. Experience working on live projects and production environments. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
