About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

MERN Stack Developer

who can build high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend development using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices. Build responsive UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Design and manage databases using MongoDB (including schemas, indexing, and optimization). Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.

Familiarity with Git, GitHub or GitLab version control systems. Understanding of authentication technologies (JWT, OAuth). Basic understanding of DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Docker, AWS) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Firebase). Knowledge of Next.js for advanced frontend capabilities. Experience working with microservices architecture. Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
