Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, React Native and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, the ability to build scalable web applications, and a collaborative mindset to work within a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js, React, and MongoDB.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs/services.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in:

Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

React.js and modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3).

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.

MongoDB (including Mongoose ORM).

Experience with REST APIs and web services integration.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).

Knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Good to Have

Experience with Redux or Context API for state management.

Knowledge of TypeScript.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Docker.

Understanding of Agile methodologies.
