Job Description

We are seeking a talented

Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer

with solid experience in

React.js

and

Node.js

to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining modern web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture. You'll collaborate closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to build intuitive and robust web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN)

. Build reusable front-end components and ensure UI/UX consistency with design guidelines. Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other developers in an

Agile

environment. Stay updated with the latest JavaScript trends and contribute to improving development workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years

of professional experience as a MERN stack developer.

Strong proficiency in React.js

(hooks, state management, component architecture).

Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js

for backend API development. Experience with

MongoDB

or other NoSQL databases. Good understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+)

and

TypeScript

. Experience integrating

RESTful APIs

and third-party services. Proficient with

Git

,

GitHub

, or

GitLab

for version control. Familiarity with

JWT/OAuth

authentication and session management. Understanding of

unit testing

(Jest/Mocha/Chai) is a plus. Basic knowledge of

Docker

and deployment practices. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
