Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer Intern with a specialization in Next.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in MERN stack development, with a minimum of 0-1 years of hands-on experience in Next.js. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that meet our clients' needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features and enhancements for web applications using the MERN stack. Lead the development and implementation of Next.js projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and consistency. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, leveraging Next.js capabilities and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical challenges. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development, particularly in Next.js and related technologies. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and enhance user experience. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in MERN stack development. Strong proficiency in Next.js and its ecosystem, including server-side rendering, routing, and API integration. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating third-party services. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
