About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated

MERN Stack Developer Intern

to join our development team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full-stack web development using the

MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

framework. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of modern web technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using the

MERN Stack

. Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and implement new features. Learn and apply

functional programming

and

best coding practices

. Work with

REST APIs

for data integration and server communication. Write

clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

. Participate in

code reviews

, debugging, and performance optimization. Work with

Git

for version control and collaborate effectively using branching and merging. Assist in setting up

CI/CD pipelines

and understanding

DevOps workflows

. Gain exposure to

database management

using

MySQL

,

MongoDB

, or other

NoSQL databases

. Participate in

Agile/Scrum meetings

, share progress, and contribute ideas to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of

JavaScript

HTML5

CSS3

, and modern web development principles. Familiarity with

MongoDB

is preferred. Understanding of

REST APIs

HTTP protocols

. Familiarity with

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

. Basic understanding of

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, etc.) or

DevOps tools

is a plus. Experience with

UI/UX design

or

frontend frameworks

is an added advantage.
