About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled

MERN Stack Developer

to join our dynamic development team in

Gurugram

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the

MERN stack

. Build and integrate

RESTful APIs

and ensure smooth front-end to back-end communication. Develop reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize applications for

speed, performance, and scalability

. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Participate in

code reviews

, testing, and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 years of hands-on experience with

MERN Stack

(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Strong proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+)

and

TypeScript

(optional but preferred). Experience in

building RESTful APIs

and integrating third-party services. Good understanding of

database design

and working with

MongoDB

. Experience with

Redux

or other state management libraries. Familiarity with

Git

,

Docker

, and deployment tools. Understanding of

Agile methodologies

and

version control workflows

. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of

Next.js

or

React Native

. Experience with

AWS

,

Azure

, or

Google Cloud

. Understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

and

microservices architecture

. Exposure to

testing frameworks

(Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
