About the Role

You'll design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN)

. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver reliable, performant, and secure user experiences from planning through deployment.

Responsibilities

Front?end Development:

Build responsive interfaces using React (with Hooks, Context API, Redux), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS .

Back?end Development:

Develop RESTful APIs and server logic using Node.js and Express.js; integrate with front-end features and external services .

Database Engineering:

Design schemas, optimize queries, and work with MongoDB and related technologies (Mongoose, Atlas, Redis) .

Performance & Security:

Optimize applications for scalability; implement secure coding practices; perform testing and code reviews .

DevOps & Deployment:

Work with CI/CD pipelines, handle deployments to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus .

Collaboration & Code Quality:

Participate in design discussions, agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience (typically 2-6?years) with the MERN stack and modern JavaScript . Proficiency in React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs; familiarity with Redux, Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, responsive UI/UX) and backend design patterns/MVC architecture . Experience with version control (Git), relational or NoSQL databases, and CI/CD tools . Preferred: Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization, microservices, test automation (Jest, Mocha), and security . Bachelor's degree in CS or related field often preferred;

Preferred Skills
