Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy solving real-world problems and building clean, scalable applications using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development
Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, Zustand, Hooks, Node.js, and Express.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and REST APIs
Experience with Next.js and Git (GitHub/GitLab)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
Knowledge of GraphQL, JWT, testing frameworks, or modular architecture
Exposure to Generative AI tools (OpenAI SDK)
