Job Description

1. Compatible Solutions is seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience for an onsite role in Nikol, Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle development (design, implementation, and deployment) of scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

2. Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, robust web applications using the MERN stack.

? Build modern, responsive user interfaces and reusable components with React.js.

? Implement efficient server-side logic and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

? Design and manage data schemas in MongoDB and optimize database performance.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design) in an Agile/Scrum environment.

? Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

? Utilize Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD processes.

? Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

? MERN Core: Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

JavaScript: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

? Front-End: Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API).

? Web Standards: Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

? Attributes: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

4. Bonus Skills (Significant Advantage)

? Riot.js Proficiency: Experience with Riot.js demonstrates front-end versatility and is a valuable plus for specialized projects.

? Familiarity with TypeScript or GraphQL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,296.05 - ?50,000.00 per month
