Role Overview
We're looking for a
MERN Stack Developer
who's excited to work on live projects, learn fast, and grow with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
This is a
full-time on-site role based in Surat
(remote options may be available for the right candidate).
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack web applications using the
MERN stack
-- building new features, ensuring top performance, and delivering seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to implement features and fix bugs
Integrate APIs, handle data flow, and ensure application security
Participate in
code reviews, version control (Git)
, and Agile sprint cycles
Continuously optimize existing applications for speed and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on experience with the
MERN stack
Strong understanding of
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
, and responsive UI development
Experience with
RESTful APIs
, authentication, and database schema design
Familiarity with
Git
and modern CI/CD workflows
Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging and logical reasoning skills
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Experience in
Next.js
or
React Native
is a plus
