Job Overview

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to work on building scalable and efficient server-side applications. The role primarily involves working with Node.js and Express.js to develop APIs and backend logic while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and Express.js Design and implement RESTful APIs Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and optimization Handle authentication, authorization, and data security Integrate third-party APIs and services Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Debug and optimize backend performance Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and project managers Participate in code reviews and follow best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in backend development Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React knowledge is a plus) Understanding of backend architecture and best practices

Good to Have

Experience with JWT or OAuth authentication Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Basic knowledge of deployment and CI/CD processes Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
