Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize

MERN Stack applications

(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Build

SaaS-based platforms

with dashboards, user roles, permissions, and automation workflows Design and integrate

RESTful APIs and microservices

Work on

WhatsApp-based solutions

, including: Integration with

Meta WhatsApp Business API

WhatsApp automation (auto-replies, templates, workflows, broadcasts) WhatsApp chatbots for support, order updates, and engagement Implement

AI-powered features

, such as: AI nudges (abandoned cart reminders, follow-ups, re-engagement) AI-assisted shopping journeys (product discovery, recommendations) AI-driven customer support and smart reply systems Integrate

AI tools and services

(LLMs, recommendation engines, automation APIs) Build and integrate third-party APIs: Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm) Shipping & logistics APIs (Shiprocket, Delhivery) CRM, marketing, and analytics tools Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build

responsive, conversion-focused interfaces

Ensure application performance, scalability, and security Work with

Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines

, and cloud deployment on

AWS

Mandatory Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience

in MERN Stack development

Experience with Meta WhatsApp Business API

Hands-on experience with

WhatsApp automation tools or custom automation flows

Experience working on

chatbots

(rule-based or AI-powered) Practical exposure to

AI tools integration

Experience building or contributing to

SaaS products

Strong understanding of

REST APIs, JWT/OAuth authentication

, and backend architecture Proficiency in

React.js (Hooks, basic state management)

, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with

eCommerce or shopping workflows

Knowledge of

AI-driven nudges, smart notifications, and recommendation logic
