Job Responsibilities:

Training and Mentorship:

Conduct training sessions on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Guide students or professionals on both theoretical and practical aspects of full-stack development. Provide one-on-one mentorship to ensure proper understanding of concepts and project execution.

Course Development:

Design and structure MERN stack curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and projects tailored to the audience. Continuously update training materials to include the latest industry trends and technologies.

Project Supervision:

Assist students in developing end-to-end applications using the MERN stack. Provide guidance on best coding practices, debugging, and performance optimization.

Assessment & Evaluation:

Conduct assessments, coding challenges, and practical exams to gauge trainees' progress. Offer constructive feedback to help improve coding skills and application development knowledge.

Collaboration:

Work with other trainers, subject matter experts, or academic teams to enhance the quality of the course. Participate in team meetings to discuss feedback, course improvements, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack). Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API design. Familiarity with Git, version control, and modern development tools. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. Experience in mentoring or training, either formally or informally.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of additional frameworks like Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Prior experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. At least 1+years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack. Previous experience as a trainer or instructor is preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Patience and a passion for teaching and empowering others. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
