We are seeking a Team Lead to architect, lead, and deliver end-to-end web solutions. The candidate should have deep technical expertise in MERN Stack, experience in cloud-based development using Azure DevOps, and strong proficiency in PostgreSQL.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale MERN applications.
• Architect and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and source control via Azure DevOps.
• Optimize PostgreSQL database schema, queries, and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, scalability, and security standards.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Git workflows.
• Familiar with Microservices, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
