Position Overview

We're seeking a talented and motivated React - Node.js Developer (MERN Full Stack) with 1-5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js. Build efficient, reusable front-end and back-end components for seamless performance. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, mobile teams, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following modern coding standards. Debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Manage databases using MongoDB and handle cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase, or similar). Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile development cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

1-5 years of proven experience in Full Stack Web Development using the MERN stack.

Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.

Hands-on experience with API design, state management (Redux, Context API), and authentication (JWT/OAuth).

Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).

Good understanding of database design, schema modeling, and RESTful architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL is a plus.

Basic knowledge of DevOps, AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Prior experience developing SaaS, E-commerce, or PWA applications is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
