Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

MERN Full Stack Developer

who not only enjoys building web applications but also loves sharing knowledge and guiding aspiring developers. The ideal candidate will contribute to real-time projects while mentoring students in

MERN stack technologies

within a dynamic and creative learning environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

web applications

using the

MERN stack

(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Conduct

interactive training sessions

and

hands-on workshops

for students on MERN stack technologies. Assist in

curriculum development

,

project mentoring

, and

student evaluations

. Collaborate with the academic and technical teams to ensure quality project outcomes. Stay updated with

latest trends and frameworks

in full-stack development. Support and guide students in

developing their own projects and portfolios

. Maintain documentation, code repositories, and version control systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

Master's degree in

Computer Application, Computer Science, IT, or related field

.

Candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome, and enthusiastic freshers with strong technical knowledge and teaching interest are highly encouraged to appl

y. Basic to intermediate knowledge of

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

. Proficiency in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and version control (Git/GitHub). Strong

communication and presentation skills

. Ability to

handle classes, workshops, and mentoring sessions

confidently. Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
