• Providing direct support across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Interacting with the team members for mutual benefits in the project while interacting with the management/clients on projects for better understanding of requirements.
• CREATING Database Structure and Project Architecture.
• DEVELOPING Express.js node.js Apis to render the data and to integrate them with UI components in next.js.
• DEVELOPING UI Components using next.js or assisting frontend developers in the same.
• Writing MongoDB Queries to retrieve data from Database,
• Providing guidance on the projects and its requirements to the management/clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments.
• Leading and driving advanced/complex development tasks and projects to successful completion - estimating and evaluating the effort/schedules, assigning tasks to individuals and tracking the day-to-day project activities.
• Sharing the daily progress report to client as well as management team and mitigating the risks & issues.
• Creating RESTful services with Node.js
• MERN stack developer must have proven experience in front & back-end development
• Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
• Reactjs Nodejs developer must know MongoDB, Express, Node.js, & React.
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
• Be responsive to change requests and feature requests.
• Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible.
• MERN fullstack developer must have the ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly.
• For MERN stack developer job, candidate must have good Knowledge of Node Debugging.
• Understanding & proficiency in REST APIs.
• MERN stack developer should know Git Repository very well.
• Integration of data storage solutions [RDBMS, NoSQL DB]
  • FRONTEND:
  • Experience in ReactJS & Next.js a must
  • Proficient in one of the frontend design frameworks: Material UI, Semantic UI or Ant Design
  • Proficient in Javascript, even better if you know Typescript
  • Proficient understanding of state management framework - Redux, React Context, Mobx
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Proficient in using frontend testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme
  • Good understanding of responsive web development
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
  • MERN stack developer should have the ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps
  • Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models
