About the Role

We are looking for a talented and self-driven

MERN Stack Developer

with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and React.js

, along with strong front-end fundamentals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using the

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

. Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services with

Node.js & Express.js

. Implement and manage databases using

MongoDB and MySQL

, including schema design and query optimization. Develop responsive and interactive UI components using

React.js

,

Redux

, and

Redux Toolkit

. Work with

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and modern styling frameworks to create clean and user-friendly interfaces. Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and tools as needed. Manage source code using

Git

, follow branching strategies, and participate in code reviews. Support

CI/CD processes

and assist in deployment on

company local servers or cloud environments

. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for improved performance. Collaborate with designers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality features. Follow best coding practices, maintain documentation, and ensure application security and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience

as a MERN Stack or Full-Stack Developer. Strong hands-on experience with:

Node.js, Express.js

MongoDB & MySQL

(data modeling, CRUD operations, queries)

React.js

Redux

,

Redux Toolkit

JavaScript (ES6+)

HTML5

CSS3

Good understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and modern JS patterns. Experience with

Git

, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

, build tools, and automated deployment. Experience deploying applications on

local servers

or Linux-based environments. Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security practices. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Optional)

Experience with Docker, PM2, Nginx, or cloud services. Knowledge of TypeScript. Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha). Experience with Agile development practices.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a mindset focused on clean, maintainable code.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
