About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

MERN Stack Developer

to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

, along with a good understanding of modern front-end and back-end development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the

MERN stack

. Design and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver robust features. Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components. Implement responsive web design principles to ensure cross-platform compatibility. Optimize application performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-6 years

of hands-on experience in full-stack development using

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

. Strong understanding of

JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript

. Experience with

RESTful APIs

and

third-party API integrations

. Familiarity with

Redux / Context API

for state management. Knowledge of

database design

and

query optimization

in MongoDB. Proficiency with

version control tools (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket)

. Experience with

deployment on AWS / Azure / GCP

or other cloud environments is a plus. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have:

Experience with

Next.js

or

GraphQL

. Familiarity with

Docker / Kubernetes

. Knowledge of

unit testing frameworks

(Jest, Mocha, Chai). Experience in

Agile / Scrum

development environments.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
