Role: MERN Developer

Job Location: Surat

Experience: 1 to 2 years (English Mandatory)

Octopus Technology is seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in developing scalable and maintainable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. The candidate must be proficient in English to ensure effective communication within our global team.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality software solutions using the MERN stack.

2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

3. Participate in the entire application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

4. Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

5. Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize the performance of applications.

6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in web development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (2-4 years) as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

4. Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

5. Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux.

6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

7. Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

8. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

10. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
