BNC has been mandated to recruit for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) positions at both Junior and Senior levels for one of our prestigious Big4 clients. While Hyderabad is the preferred location, remote options can be considered for the right candidates.
Role: M&A - Junior & Senior Level
Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) / Remote
Experience: 4-6 years
Qualification: MBA / MCom / BCom preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Entries
Record journal entries for bank transactions.
Update workpapers and track TSA (Transition Services Agreement) costs.
System Expertise
Generate, analyze, and validate reports using HFM or similar financial systems.
Project Management
Manage integration tasks end-to-end.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain detailed project trackers.
Documentation & Governance
Maintain templates, issue/risk logs, and ensure all documentation is audit-ready.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams.
Manage POCs and handle access/IT-related requests.
Knowledge Management
Create playbooks, document lessons learned, and maintain centralized repositories.
Presentation & Communication
Prepare decks for leadership reviews.
Provide timely and clear updates to global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
4-6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, M&A, or Project Management
Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial systems (HFM preferred)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
