M&A professional
to represent the firm in a
one-time client meeting
.
This engagement offers a unique opportunity to transition into a
long-term consulting or full-time role
, depending on the outcome of the meeting and mutual interest.
Role Requirements:
Attend and lead an in-person
client meeting scheduled day after tomorrow
Confidently discuss:
M&A structuring options: slump sale, share purchase, asset deals
Financial, tax, and legal due diligence strategies
Transaction compliance, valuation methods, integration approaches
Demonstrate strong subject matter knowledge and client-handling skills
Optional: Assist in preparing a 1-2 slide discussion brief in advance
Eligibility:
CA / MBA (Finance) / LLB with
3-8 years of experience
in M&A or Transaction Advisory
Prior work with Big 4 / mid-tier advisory firms / corporate M&A teams preferred
Excellent communication and business development acumen
Compensation:
Flat meeting fee: ?5,000 to ?7,500
, depending on experience and depth of preparation
Includes:
1-hour in-person client meeting
30-45 minutes of preparatory work (discussion briefing/deck if needed)
Future opportunity

If the client engagement materializes, a structured long-term engagement will be offered on retainer or full-time basis
