Job Description

What You'll Do:- Drive outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, to engage healthcare prospects in the U.S.- Own the lead funnel from research and qualification to booking meetings and passing warm leads to sales.- Build and execute targeted email campaigns that get replies, not just opens.- Leverage LinkedIn to build connections, nurture relationships, and drive outreach.- Track performance and report on key outbound KPIs to optimize pipeline growth.- Keep CRM data organized and actionable clean, complete, and always up-to-date.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and product to refine messaging and targeting.- Stay sharp by keeping up with trends, tools, and new strategies in growth marketing and outbound sales.Who You Are:- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing - ideally in B2B SaaS or healthtech- A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to hustle smart- Comfortable working the US shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST) from our Koramangala office- Bonus points if you're familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar toolsWhy Join Us?- Work at the intersection of AI and healthcare two of the most impactful industries today- Be part of a high-growth, high-impact startup where your work is visible and valuable- Get mentorship, ownership, and the chance to grow into more senior roles as we scale (ref:updazz.com)
