Handle buyer communication, sampling, costing, and order follow-ups
Manage order execution from sampling to final shipment
Track timelines, production schedules, and quality standards
Prepare order sheets, T&A calendars, and reports
Ensure on-time delivery as per buyer requirements
Requirements:
Graduate in Fashion / Textile / Apparel Management
1-4 years of experience as a Fashion/Apparel Merchandiser
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, costing, and production processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation

Prepare sketches, mood boards, tech packs, and design concepts
