Job Description

Responds timely to requests and prompt delivery of requests within company procedural guidelines to meet the merchandising SOPs
Manage and process various requests received by stakeholders and getting it processed with coordinating with different teams
Supporting Product owners to manage cross-functional technical projects.
Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and design teams to get the merchandising properties live on the platform.
Highlighting the areas of improvement in the process to the reporting manager
Doing audits on the properties that are made live if those are visible to end user or not
Should be good at handling different kinds of Stakeholders
Sorting out escalations on time and updating
Good understanding of technical concepts and procedures
Improving performance through interventions.
