Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall jewellery merchandising strategy across gold, diamond, and silver categories.
Drive product planning, assortment mix, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management.
Oversee marketing initiatives, brand positioning, promotions, and campaign execution.
Analyse sales trends, customer preferences, stock movement, and inventory rotation.
Plan and execute festive launches, new collections, and showroom visual merchandising.
Strengthen brand visibility and recall across offline and digital platforms.
Work closely with sales and finance teams to improve margins, turnover, and inventory efficiency.
Educational Qualification
MBA with proven leadership experience in jewellery merchandising and/or brand management.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, design sensibilities, and retail marketing trends.
Experience
7-8 years of relevant experience
