Job Description

We are looking for experienced and proactive

Merchandising Manager

with a minimum of 12 years of experience in woven fabrics in export House. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of handling UK buyers and managing complete merchandising and operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage end-to-end merchandising operations for woven fabric apparel. Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK-based buyers; understand and align with their expectations and compliance requirements. Coordinate with design, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely sample development and order execution. Monitor production timelines and ensure timely deliveries without compromising on quality. Analyze costing, pricing, and profitability for each order. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and buyer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to all buyer protocols and compliance standards. Lead and mentor a team of junior merchandisers.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 12 years in merchandising, specifically in

woven fabrics

Buyer Handling:

Must have direct experience working with

UK buyers

and a deep understanding of UK market standards and expectations.

Location:

Willing to work from our Noida office. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of production processes, TNA management, and costing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
