We are hiring a

Merchandising Head

to lead national visual merchandising strategy and retail transformation across multiple regions and store formats. This role requires strong category ownership, in-store design expertise, and the ability to collaborate across business units to drive commercial results with seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement national visual merchandising strategy to enhance customer experience and store performance. Align merchandising execution with business growth objectives and category priorities. Support large-scale retail expansion by ensuring timely and standardized merchandising implementation for new stores. Utilize analytics to identify business opportunities and guide local teams on improving store performance. Translate strategy into impactful visual retail concepts adaptable across regions. Oversee execution of planograms, display elements, seasonal installations, and branding initiatives. Lead and mentor regional merchandising teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs and execution quality. Stay updated on global and domestic retail trends and introduce innovative merchandising techniques. Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient execution at scale.

Candidate Requirements

MBA from a

Tier-1 B-School

(mandatory). Minimum

4-5 years

of experience in retail merchandising, category management, or similar roles. Proven experience leading and developing diverse teams. Ability to execute national retail strategy with regional adaptability. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Commercial mindset with strong analytical ability.
