Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
Coordinate with the merchandising team for smooth on-ground execution.
Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to support the creation of impactful displays and promotional setups.
Ensure consistent and accurate product placement, branding, and display standards across all assigned outlets.
Manage vendor coordination, budgeting for merchandise materials, and timely replenishment of branding assets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for improving merchandising performance.
Conduct regular market visits to review execution quality and identify improvement areas.
