Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Category Merchandising Execution Support the development and execution of merchandise plans for assigned categories.
Assist in seasonal range planning, assortment optimization, and visual merchandising alignment.
Analyze product performance to recommend adjustments to mix, pricing, and placement.
2. Buyer Assistance Provide day-to-day operational support to Buyers and Category Managers who are based in Onshore.
Assist in product setup, item creation, cost entry, and vendor onboarding in merchandising systems.
Support in developing and maintaining seasonal line sheets and assortment plans.
3. Inventory & Assortment Management Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and suggest reorders or markdowns based on performance.
Collaborate with planning teams to manage stock allocations and replenishment strategies.
Identify slow-moving or out-of-stock products and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
4. Merchandising Analytics & Reporting
Generate reports on category performance (sales, margins, inventory health).
Track the success of planogram execution and visual merchandising compliance.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
