? Regularly analyze content and user-reviews analytics; Maintain reports on the

performance of merchant catalog

? Gathering information on market trends and customers' reactions to catalogs

? Responsible for implementing changes/improvements/new initiatives/standardization

related to the online listings on the WedMeGood website - making sure there is no loss

of opportunity

? Collaborate with merchants to create attractive catalog displays and make sure that their

best catalog is prominently displayed

? Act as the liaison between merchants and the account management, and success

operations team by addressing catalog performance issues and solving performance

problems

? Assist merchants in creating an organized catalog that allows for easier listing

accessibility

? Driving content uploads and user-reviews on catalog

Requirements:

? Graduate in any stream

? Overall work experience of 1-4 years

? Strong understanding of user behavior

? Strong Analytical ability and technical aptitude

? Strong customer service skills required

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Experience in Salesforce preferred

? Strong relationship and internal stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
