Job Description

We are looking for a smart, proactive

Merchandiser / Business Development Executive

to handle international buyers, costing, sampling, and order coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in

hardware / metal / export

industry.

Key Responsibilities



Communicate with international buyers through email, WhatsApp, and calls. Prepare quotations, costing, proforma invoices, and product details. Coordinate with production, QC, packing, and dispatch departments. Handle sampling, follow-ups, and buyer approvals. Manage order timelines, follow up on shipments, and maintain documentation. Research international markets and find new buyers. Maintain records of pricing, orders, samples, and product data.

Required Skills



Strong English communication (written + verbal). Experience in exports, merchandising, or international business. Knowledge of MS Excel, costing, and documentation. Ability to handle multiple orders and follow-up professionally. Knowledge of hardware/metal products is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,586.42 - ₹25,000.60 per month
