Responsibilities:

1. Efficient Correspondence: You will be responsible for managing email and verbal communications with our esteemed customers. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be instrumental in providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries.

2. Streamlined Enquiry Management: Taking prompt action on customer enquiries is crucial to our success. Your role will involve effectively coordinating with the sample and production teams, ensuring that each enquiry is directed to the appropriate team for further action.

3. Basic Computer Skills: While prior knowledge of our company's software is not required, having a solid foundation in basic computer operations is essential. We will provide training on the software tools used in our operations, allowing you to excel in your role.

4. Costing and Mathematical Understanding: A fundamental understanding of costing principles and basic mathematical skills will be advantageous. This knowledge will enable you to make informed decisions and contribute to the efficient management of resources.
